The Corporate Resilience Sequence

Questionnaire - Our confidential questionnaire provides an in-depth analysis of sources of pressure in the workplace, highlighting strengths and weaknesses in current working conditions and practices. The areas covered in the questionnaire take into account the HSE ‘standards’ for stress at work, along with our own extensive research into mental well-being in the workplace. For convenience, the questionnaire can be completed either in paper format or online.

Group Report - This covers all 13 components of the questionnaire, and highlights areas of good practice, as well as points requiring further development. The report will give a clear picture of the attitudes and perceptions of staff, to both their work and working environment.

Intervention/Workshop - Team members are invited to attend a facilitated workshop to discuss the findings of the questionnaire. The aim of the workshop is to discuss areas of good practice, and simultaneously to identify aspects that require further development. These aspects will form the basis of the Action Plan. The concept of team and individual resilience will be explored at this point.

Action Plan - During the workshop, mutually agreed action plans are drawn up, with tasks assigned to particular groups and individuals. Intervention and timescales are agreed. At this point the organisation takes steps to implement the action plan and monitor progress

Monitoring/Review – If required, a Synergy Corporate Resilience staff member can re-visit your organisation to assess the progress/impact of your action plan. At this point, shortfalls can be addressed in a revised plan of action.
