Synergy Corporate Resilience provides a range of services to people-centred organisations. Our main service is the Resilience Programme, which identifies sources of pressure that have a direct impact on staff, and thus their work performance.

We recognise that many organisations operate in a complex, fast paced and continuously changing environment. The competitiveness of the corporate world along with, technological advancements and changes in our society as a whole combine to create increased work demands.

Along with change often comes a certain amount of pressure (and uncertainty), which requires adaptability and resilience, at both an individual and organisational level.

The Synergy team are a group of dedicated professionals with backgrounds in health, education, sports/life coaching, human resource management, counselling, health & safety, and business management. The resilience programme utilises the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) Standards for stress in the workplace, along with our own extensive research into health at work. This combination has led to the development of our unique and effective programme for tackling work-related stress.

Our programme serves to encourage organisations to complete suitable risk assessment procedures to address work-related stress, and take the necessary measures identified by the assessment. This will prevent any formal enforcement action being served by the HSE in them issuing an Improvement Notice.

The programme will raise the profile of employee health and well-being, allowing organisations a clearer understanding of employees perceptions of the work environment, and any sources of pressure caused or exacerbated by work. This provides a way to support employees so they can perform optimally and consistently. Synergy Corporate Resilience will provide a profile of your organisation, illustrating employee work-related issues that are possible causes of stress for the workforce. Such a unique profiling will enable your organisation to take preventative or remedial action early and effectively. Such an intervention could improve staff retention, minimise sickness absence and improve work performance. These assets are more important than ever in today’s economic and competitive markets.
